For a reciprocal graduate trainee or internship exchange that creates a corresponding training opportunity for a Bermudian abroad.

For a divorced parent with sole or joint custody of a Bermudian child who held or could exercise spousal employment rights immediately before divorce.

For the genuine and subsisting partner of a Bermudian, PRC holder or eligible Work Permit holder, normally after at least two years in a marriage-like relationship.

For the spouse, son or daughter of a PRC holder, including the specific section 31B family branches.
