For the relevant traveller scope, is a visa, electronic authorisation, visa on arrival or no advance visa normally required?
For ordinary tourists (C-3-9), a consular visa is needed only if the traveller is not eligible for K-ETA: nationals of K-ETA countries use the K-ETA instead, and nationals temporarily exempted from K-ETA can enter with a valid passport only. Whether a visa is single or multiple entry depends on nationality.
