The result is temporary residence for the purpose of special activity, granted for the period necessary to achieve the purpose, up to two years; it may be renewed, even repeatedly, while the purpose persists and conditions are met; the police cancel temporary residence if the purpose for which it was granted has ceased. The official source does not state whether family members can be included.
(2) A police department shall grant temporary residence for the purpose of special activities according to par. 1 for the time period necessary in order to achieve the purpose, however, maximum for two years.
If the purpose of residence persists and the foreigner continues to meet the conditions for residence, temporary residence may be renewed, even repeatedly.
(1) A police department shall cancel temporary residence, if a) the purpose for which a third country national was granted temporary residence has ceased;
