What investment option or options qualify?

The MPRP combines four elements: an investment in property, a government contribution, a donation to an NGO and an administrative fee. The NGO donation is €2,000 to a local NGO registered with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations and active in the philanthropic, cultural, scientific, artistic, sport or animal welfare sectors.
