Which family relationships qualify?

This route is for a parent over 18 who genuinely seeks leave for up to 12 months to be the sole carer for a child under 12 who is attending or seeking to attend a fee-paying school outside Jersey’s wholly maintained sector, subject to the child meeting the applicable student requirements.
