What investment, capital, income, revenue, funding or viability evidence is central to this pathway?

The checked official sources do not state an investment, capital, income or funding amount for Resident Permit B. The Immigration Department's separate business-establishment policy, which is not expressly tied to Permit B, sets foreign-equity limits rather than a capital amount: in businesses reserved for Gambians (with concession to ECOWAS citizens), foreign equity, where allowed, may not exceed 30%; other listed enterprises require Gambians to hold at least 30% or at least 10% equity; in special cases 100% foreign equity capital may be allowed in any of the schedules, subject to ministerial approval.
