Besides 15 years' residence, the applicant must show good character and other qualifying requirements; the application includes permit copies/alien cards, a '19 questions form' completed by two responsible persons, FORM 20, a written life history, 4 passport photographs, marriage and family birth certificates where applicable, a police certificate of character and business registration certificates. Citizenship acquired by naturalisation can be revoked by the Minister of Interior for disloyalty or continued enjoyment of rights of another country.
