Which nationalities and age range can participate?
Taiwanese passport holders permanently resident in Taiwan, aged 18 to 26 inclusive on the date the application is received, and not accompanied by dependent persons.

The participation in the Program is open to Taiwanese passport holders under the following conditions: (a) The applicant is permanently resident in the territory of Taiwan;
