Which nationalities and age range can participate?

Citizens of Israel aged 18 to 30 inclusive at the time of application can apply for a long-term visa for the purpose of a working holiday.

What combination of travel, work, study or training does the programme permit?

Possible employment must be a secondary purpose of residence. Applicants may also attend training or language courses in the Czech Republic.

What are the defining limitations: quota, ballot, previous participation, employer limits, study limits or equivalent?

The annual quota is 200 issued visas per calendar year. The visa cannot be issued repeatedly to the same person, and the overall length of the courses altogether cannot exceed 3 months.

Before receiving the visa in the passport, the applicant must provide proof of travel medical insurance covering emergency and essential care for the first 90 days together with comprehensive insurance for the rest, or comprehensive insurance for the entire permitted residence.
