Which family relationships qualify?
Qualifying children are those under 18 entrusted by a final decision of a Czech court to foster care replacing parental care, e.g. a child entrusted to a person other than a parent, committed to a future adoptive parent, under a natural-person guardian who personally provides care, in foster or temporary foster care, in preliminary foster care with a foster-care applicant, or placed in an institutional home by court ruling.
