Apply at a Czech diplomatic mission or in person at a Ministry of the Interior office within 90 days of entering Czechia, with proof of the approved long-term EU resident status and proof of the purpose of stay; fee CZK 2,500, decision within 120 days. Holders have free labour-market access. If the other state revokes the permanent residence and resident status, Czechia also revokes the permit.

If you apply for it at an office of the Ministry in the territory of the Czech Republic, your application must be submitted within 90 days of your entering the Czech Republic.
