- Application Within Days After Entry
Where the entry visa requires a residence permit, the application must be filed within 30 days after entry.

Biometric identification information such as fingerprints is required.

The S1 family route is limited to the published dependent relationships.

The host must be a foreigner residing in China for work, study or another permitted purpose.
- Host Invitation
An invitation letter from the foreign host is required.

The host's residence permit is required.
- Local Exit Entry Authority

- Proof Of Family Relationship

A qualifying health certificate is required when the requested permit validity exceeds one year.
