What a source link means

A source link lets you inspect supporting material. It does not certify that every condition has been resolved or remains current. Source provenance and documented review are different measures.

How updates work

Reviews happen in bounded batches or when a material change is flagged. We do not promise a universal quarterly refresh, independent review of every programme or a guaranteed correction deadline.
