Which travellers require a transit visa/permission and which officially documented exemptions are important?

A Transit Permit is issued only to drivers of commercial trucks and their crew when they have exhausted ninety (90) business visit days. Under the Act, an immigration officer may issue a transit permit where a foreigner in transit exhausts the ninety days period of the transit visa before the end of the year.
