What investment, capital, income, revenue, funding or viability evidence is central to this pathway?
No fixed investment minimum is stated: for a new business the applicant must prove to the endorsing body that they have enough funding and where it is from; no investment funds are needed if the business is already established and endorsed for an earlier visa or a changed business was agreed with the endorsing body. The business idea must be viable, with potential for growth. Separately, the applicant needs at least £1,270 personal savings held for 28 consecutive days, and investment funds cannot be used to support themselves.
