- Admission or enrolment requirement
The applicant must obtain the immigration permit through a Ukrainian mission abroad or the SMS while lawfully present; review may take up to one year.
- Qualifying family relationship
The applicant must be a spouse married to the Ukrainian citizen for more than two years, or a child or parent of a Ukrainian citizen.
