Which family relationships qualify?

The Dependant Pass covers a child under 18, spouse or other relative of a foreign resident with proof of legal stay, and may also cover a foreign dependant of a Ugandan citizen.

What is important for proving marriage, partnership, parentage, custody, dependency or another qualifying relationship?

A marriage certificate is required for a spouse; for a child, a birth certificate, a cover letter/diplomatic note from the principal and the principal’s passport copy; for other relatives, a cover letter/diplomatic note from the principal stating the relationship and reason, plus proof of relationship where applicable. All attached documents must be in English.
