The applicant must be a BOTC of the Turks and Caicos Islands or a British Citizen and must not be incarcerated or declared bankrupt in any country; grant is discretionary, with further conditions (public interest, good character, clean criminal record, etc.). Fees: $5,000 (BOTC or British Citizenship route) plus a $150 non-refundable administrative fee, and the actual cost of the newspaper advertisement.
