How long is the status granted, what is required for renewal, what physical-presence obligations matter, and what longer-term residence direction exists?
The current Border Force page says a Homeowner’s Permit is typically valid for five years and is extendable or renewable. It requires a home valued at no less than $300,000, financial capacity to support the holder and dependents, and compliance with permit conditions such as no gainful occupation. The official Border Control FAQ gives a processing standard of up to six weeks for Home Owner residence-permit applications.

Limits of the record- The cited current pages do not state a Home Owner-specific renewal evidence list, mandatory physical-presence rule or automatic progression to permanent residence. “Typically” is published guidance, not a guaranteed grant duration.
