Other conditions: good character and health, meeting the English Language and Knowledge of the Islands criteria, and capacity to support oneself and dependants. Application under Immigration Regulations 13(2)(a) with a $10,000 main-applicant fee ($9,000 refundable if not approved) plus a $150 non-refundable submission fee; processing normally takes eight to ten weeks when complete; if granted, the holder may work. A PRC can be revoked if the holder ordinarily resides outside the Islands for a continuous period of five years or more.
