Which remote workers qualify: foreign employees, freelancers, company owners or other remote professionals?

The route is for digital nomads aged 21 to 55 who are university graduates and who work for a company outside Türkiye or are self-employed with a business contract with a company outside Türkiye. Only citizens of France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Greece, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Bulgaria, Romania, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Russian Federation, Ukraine and Belarus are eligible.

What income threshold applies, how must it be demonstrated, and how does family affect it where stated?

The applicant must submit a document proving a monthly income of 3,000 USD, or 36,000 USD annually. The official source does not describe how the income is evidenced beyond that document or an increase for family members.
