What are the most important financial or study-related conditions: tuition, funds, insurance, full-time study, attendance or equivalent?

Applicants must show that fees for the relevant school year have been paid, evidence of any grants or fellowships, and either a sponsor's declaration of financial support (maintenance, medical, accommodation) or evidence of the applicant's own funds. A signed declaration from the previous school's principal must oblige the school to inform the Immigration Division of grade report, attendance record and any conduct unbecoming of the student.
