What investment option or options qualify?

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs defines category "IM" by the concurrence it requires rather than by a named asset: it is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom to invest with the concurrence of the Thai Ministries and Government Departments concerned. That is different from category "IB" on the same page, which covers investing or performing other activities relating to investment subject to the established laws on investment promotion.
