What is important for proving marriage, partnership, parentage, custody, dependency or another qualifying relationship?

Proof of family relationship (marriage or birth certificate and identification documents of the family member depended upon); for adult children unable to live independently, relevant documentation including a diagnosis certificate, or a physician-assessed Barthel Index score of thirty (30) points or below.
