The spouse of a temporarily admitted persons and their unmarried children under 18 years of age
The sponsor must be a temporarily admitted person (F permit). By law, the spouse and unmarried children under 18 may be reunited with that person and included in the temporary admission at the earliest three years after the order for temporary admission. Following case law, the State Secretariat for Migration examines applications individually already 18 months after the order, and where making the family wait for the rest of the period would be disproportionate in the individual case, reunification can be authorised before the statutory waiting period ends.

Family members must have a certificate from the country of origin proving the relationship, and for dependants a certificate proving dependency or cohabitation; if SEM has reason to believe there are grounds to annul the marriage, it reports this to the competent civil authority and the reunification request is suspended.
Your family members arriving in Switzerland must have:

If, on assessing the reunification in accordance with paragraph 1, SEM has reason to believe that there are grounds under Article 105 number 5 or 105 a CC 288 for the marriage to be annulled, they shall report this to the competent authority under Article 106 CC. 289 The request for the reunification of spouses is suspended until this authority makes its decision. If the authority raises an action for annulment, the request is suspended until a legally binding judgment has been issued.
Suitable housing must be available, the family must not depend on social assistance, and the person being joined must not claim annual supplementary benefits (SBA) or would not be entitled to them because of the reunification. Health insurance is compulsory for each family member.

Applications for inclusion in the temporary admission are filed with the cantonal migration authority, which forwards them with its opinion to SEM; once the waiting period is met the application must be filed within five years (children over twelve within twelve months). Family members are included in the temporary admission; temporarily admitted persons may work anywhere in Switzerland; the F permit is issued for a maximum of twelve months and extended. The official source does not state a path to independent or longer-term status.
Gesuche um Einbezug in die vorläufige Aufnahme von Familienangehörigen sind bei der kantonalen Migrationsbehörde (Art. 88 Abs. 1) einzureichen. 2 Die kantonale Migrationsbehörde leitet das Gesuch mit ihrer Stellungnahme an das SEM weiter. Die Stellungnahme führt aus, ob die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen für den Familiennachzug gegeben sind.
Sind die zeitlichen Voraussetzungen für den Familiennachzug nach Artikel 85 c Absatz 1 AIG erfüllt, muss das Gesuch um Einbezug in die vorläufige Aufnahme innerhalb von fünf Jahren eingereicht werden. Das Gesuch für den Nachzug von Kindern über zwölf Jahren muss innerhalb von zwölf Monaten nach diesem Zeitpunkt eingereicht werden.

The permit for temporarily admitted persons (Art. 41 para. 2) is issued by the canton of residence for a maximum of twelve months for control purposes and is extended subject to the reservation of Article 84.
