What is important for proving marriage, partnership, parentage, custody, dependency or another qualifying relationship?

If SEM has indications during the asylum procedure of a ground of invalidity of the marriage under Art. 105(5) or 105a Civil Code, it reports this to the competent authority and the procedure is suspended; where family members were separated by flight and are abroad, entry is authorised on request. The official source does not state the documents required to prove the relationship.
