Step 2 – Apply for Landing Endorsement AP Submits to the Commission: a. Company request letter signed by the authorised signatory, listing all applicants (names, passport numbers, designation, requested visa duration)

Step 1 – Registration of Authorised Person (AP) with the Department of Immigration and Emigration (DIE) Documents Required: • Articles of Association • Certificate of Incorporation • Authorised Person License • Offshore Registration Certificate • Director Information (Form 20 / Form 1), showing current directors • Letter of Recommendation from Colombo Port City Economic Commission for registration of Authorised Person with the Department of Immigration and Emigration

Step 3 – Commission submit to DIE: • • • The Commission recommendation letter for Landing Endorsement Commission signed “Request for the grant of landing endorsement” form Copy of applicant’s passport bio-data page

Step 4 – Payment to DIE Upon review, DIE will request payment in accordance with its established fee structure. Once the payment has been received, DIE will issue the Landing Endorsement. Conditions: • Applicants must arrive in the country within 30 days of the issue of the Landing Endorsement. • Upon arrival, the applicant receives a 30-day period to apply for the residence visa.
