- Employment, placement or host agreement
The group must conduct genuine business, the applicant must have at least three months of prior continuous group relationship and the transfer must be documented.
- Financial resources
The applicant must have sufficient resources for the applicant and accompanying family during residence.
- Minimum age
Law 14/2013 requires an adult applicant for a residence authorisation under its international-mobility section.
- Qualifications or professional authorisation
A qualification comparable at least to MECES 1 / MECU 5A or three years of equivalent professional experience is required.
