Fees: S$100 at submission; at completion S$20 Entry Permit, S$50 5-year Re-Entry Permit, S$50 Identity Card (all non-refundable). Processing within 6 months if documents are in order (some take longer); successful applicants get an In-Principle Approval and are granted PR once they fulfil the conditions. Male PRs are required to serve National Service unless exempted. A valid Re-Entry Permit is required to travel out and return as a PR.
