The applicant's Singapore citizen child sponsors the application by logging in to ICA e-Service with his/her Singpass.
Your Singapore citizen child will need to log in to ICA e-Service using his/ her Singpass to sponsor your application.

The official source does not state financial, accommodation, insurance or maintenance requirements for this application. The government fees are S$100 per application at submission and, at completion of formalities, S$20 for the Entry Permit, S$50 for a 5-year Re-Entry Permit and S$50 for the Singapore Identity Card; all fees are non-refundable.

Applications are processed within 6 months if all required documents are submitted and in order (some take longer). Successful applicants receive an In-Principle Approval and are granted permanent residence once they fulfil the necessary conditions. PR allows the person to reside in Singapore on a permanent basis; PRs aged 15 and above are issued the blue Identity Card, and a valid Re-Entry Permit is required to travel out and return as a PR.
