What achievements, recognition, awards, publications, reputation or other evidence establishes the required level?

The core evidence is a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000, earned under one employer, for the 12 consecutive months leading up to the application date; if the applicant is already a pass holder, at least 1 year of work in Singapore is also required.
