The host must be a volunteering organiser registered in Serbia and entered in the register or records of volunteering organisers under the Law on Volunteering; if volunteering is in a company or public enterprise, the competent ministry's consent to the volunteering programme is also needed.

What proves the placement, role, affiliation, experience or cultural/religious/voluntary activity?

Proof consists of a voluntary service agreement (volunteering contract), the organiser's registration excerpt in Serbia, the state act on registration of the organiser in the records of voluntary service organisers (or confirmation from those records not older than six months), and the voluntary service scheme with the competent authority's written consent where the organiser is a business or public enterprise.
