Which family relationships qualify?

Registered residence is granted to the spouse of a resident San Marino citizen; to a child of a San Marino citizen under Laws 114/2000 and 84/2004; to a child of a resident naturalised citizen or resident citizen by marriage; and to a qualifying dependent child, up to age 25, of the foreign parent resident under the spouse ground.

For the spouse ground, the relevant citizen is a resident San Marino citizen. What is important for proving marriage, partnership, parentage, custody, dependency or another qualifying relationship?

The applicant's relationship must fit the relevant Article 16(1) ground. For the dependent-child ground in letter b-ter, the child must be legitimate, recognised natural or adopted, no older than 25, unmarried, not cohabiting more uxorio and dependent on the foreign parent resident under the spouse ground; for a minor, the other living known parent's consent or judicial authorisation is required.
