Граждане одной Стороны независимо от места пребывания (проживания) имеют право свободно въезжать, выезжать, пребывать, следовать транзитом, передвигаться и выбирать место жительства на территории другой Стороны, за исключением мест, для посещения которых в соответствии с законодательством Сторон требуется специальное разрешение, по действительным документам, указанным в приложениях N 1 и 2 к настоящему Соглашению, без миграционной карты.
