How does the application work at a high level, what rights does the family member receive, how long does the status last, and how can it become independent or longer-term where officially stated?

The checked official sources did not provide enough route-specific evidence to confirm the application process, rights, duration and path to independent or longer-term status.

Limits of the record
  • Searched Law 29-2017 captures for application process, rights, duration and independence for spouses. Art 27 fragments 'deux (2) ans' and 'de plein droit' have no context tying them to spouses or to the card; Art 26 is cited by certain answers R1-R3.

These are the answers currently recorded in the catalogue. A missing or partial answer is not an eligibility decision.
