What exact activity, role or purpose qualifies?

This route covers leaders of religious confessions or denominations duly established in the Republic of Congo and recognised by the State (Law No. 29-2017, Article 27).

What organisation, institution, religious body, charity, teacher or host must support the activity?

The religious confession or denomination must be duly established in the Congo and officially recognised by the State (Article 27). A certificate of function issued by the religious authority of the Republic of Congo is also required (Article 24).
