- Age requirement
The worker must be at least 18 years old.
- Employment, placement or host agreement
An employment or service contract of at least 12 months is required.
- Job offer or appointment
A certified company must issue a responsibility term valid for six months.
- Minimum salary
The remuneration must meet the Tech Visa statutory threshold of at least 2.5 times the social-support index.
- Nationality or qualifying status
The route is for nationals of countries outside the EU, EEA and Switzerland who meet its specific conditions.
- Qualifications or professional authorisation
The route normally requires ISCED level 6, or ISCED level 5 with exceptional specialised experience of at least five years.
