The applicant must intend to take up or continue highly qualified employment in Poland for a period justifying residence of more than three months.
- Minimum salary
The published 2026 threshold is annual remuneration above PLN 160,264.08, equivalent to more than PLN 13,355.34 per month.
- Nationality or qualifying status
The route is available to third-country nationals and stateless persons who meet its specific conditions.
- Qualifications or professional authorisation
High professional qualifications must be confirmed by higher education or qualifying professional experience.
