The required documents are two personal photos; a copy of the sponsor's ID or the hosting institution's Ministry of Interior licence; a colour copy of the foreign visitor's passport; an entry-permit application signed and stamped by the hosting institution or association, with the application fee paid; and a letter from the hosting institution or association or from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The multiple-entry permission is obtained at the Ministry of Interior (civil branch) directorates in the Gaza Strip governorates, according to place of residence, with a request signed and stamped by the hosting institution or association (application fee five dinars); the fee is 20 dinars. The official source does not state when a stay can be extended or changed.
