Former Dutch citizens born abroad (18 or older, not living in their country of nationality) with special ties to the Netherlands, e.g. having finished at least half of primary education in the Netherlands, Caribbean Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten; a Netherlands-focused study programme as a minor; or public-service work or social status focused on the Netherlands.
