Recent graduates and researchers looking for work in the Netherlands: people who, in the 3 years before applying, conducted scientific research in the Netherlands, obtained an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master degree, or completed an accredited bachelor’s or master’s programme at a Dutch higher education institution, a Dutch post-master’s programme of at least one academic year (at least 10 months), or a Dutch study programme under the Cultural Policy (Special-Purpose Funding) Act or the development cooperation policy of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
