- Employment, placement or host agreement
You have a valid employment contract with the company outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland.
- Job offer or appointment
You are going to work... as a manager, specialist or trainee... transferred to a branch of the same company.
- Minimum salary
Your salary is in line with the market if it meets the salary criterion for highly skilled migrants.
- Nationality or qualifying status
The permit is for managers, specialists and trainees who are nationals of countries outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland.
- Prior immigration or residence status
You have already worked for the company outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland for at least 3 months.
- Qualifications or professional authorisation
You are going to work... as a manager, specialist or trainee.
Paperwork you prepare — it does not rule you out.
- Passport or travel-document requirement
You have a valid passport or other travel document.
- Purpose or legal basis
The transferee must have worked for the non-EU group company for at least three months, retain an overseas-group employment contract and receive market-rate terms.
- Work rights
Work as an intra-corporate transferee and on a self-employed basis permitted, other work permitted with a TWV.
