What exact activity, role or purpose qualifies?

Working as a spiritual counsellor or minister under a single permit (GVVA). A minister or religious education teacher works as a minister of a religion or in a job important for the organisation and needs special education, knowledge or experience for that job.

What organisation, institution, religious body, charity, teacher or host must support the activity?

A religious or ideological organisation that meets extra requirements on solvency, continuity and reliability. The organisation registers the person with DUO for civic integration within 4 weeks after the single permit is received, ensures the DUO offer is accepted and gives time and opportunity to integrate.
