What business/self-employed activity may the holder conduct? Are there important restrictions? What is the family position where clearly stated?

The holder may conduct a business or profession in Nauru but may not engage in any religious vocation except with the written approval of the Minister, must not remove Nauruan cultural artefacts, and must not behave in a manner prejudicial to the peace, good order, or morale of Nauru. The visa gives family members no automatic right to join; a dependant (spouse other than one formally separated, a child under 18, or someone wholly dependent on the holder) may separately apply for a Dependant's visa, which if granted lasts for the remaining period of the business visa holder's visa.
