Applicants submit, among other documents, a police clearance from the country of origin and the latest Namibian police clearance, marriage/divorce or spouse's death certificate where applicable, a detailed CV, work references or recommendation letters, proof of financial resources and assets, and a training-and-experience questionnaire. Upon approval, the applicant submits the approval letter, passport and original payment receipt for endorsement of the permit. The fee is N$20,000.00.
