What income threshold applies, how must it be demonstrated, and how does family affect it where stated?

A minimum monthly income of USD 2,000 is required, earned from outside Namibia. Applicants must provide proof of income or funds (payslip or employment contract) to sustain themselves and dependants: USD 2000 for the applicant, USD 1000 for an accompanying spouse and USD 500 per accompanying child per month, together with a 6-month bank statement. The visa grants a six-month stay; it is non-renewable and non-extendable in-country, and a holder may not reapply until twelve months after expiry. Accompanying dependants must each complete a separate application form (3-1/0033).
