UNHCR Myanmar can be contacted through its UNHCR Helplines, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00 (Myanmar time), with offices in Yangon, Maungdaw, Sittwe, Hpa-an, Taunggyi, Mandalay and Myitkyina, for questions about services, assistance and other personal protection concerns. All UNHCR services are free: no one should pay for any UNHCR service or documents at any stage, and requests for money by UNHCR staff or interpreters should be reported to UNHCR.
