5.1.14. “Family members” means foreign national`s husband, wife, partner, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother and children;

5.1.6. “Resident for an official purpose” means a foreign national as well as family members being invited by the government organizations or foreign national to be employed in foreign diplomatic and consular mission to Mongolia, inter- governmental organizations, the United Nations and its specialized organization’s representative offices, or an international press representatives;

32.1. The Central state administrative body in charge of external affairs shall grant and extend the residence permit for foreign nationals, who arrive in Mongolia to work at foreign diplomatic or consular missions, resident representative offices of the UN or its specialized organizations and foreign press offices.
