Is this for a founder, startup entrepreneur, self-employed person, freelancer, company owner or another business profile?

The Salesperson’s Permit is for a person entering FSM to conduct wholesale or retail sales of goods or services, or take orders for purchases.

The salesperson permit rule does not apply to anyone holding a foreign investor's permit. A person who fails to comply with s.103(5) cannot sue in the FSM Supreme Court for accounts due on sales or contracts made during non-compliance. The salesperson's spouse or unmarried child under 18 may be issued an entry permit for the duration of the principal permit, renewable with it.
