Which citizenship, status or regional agreement creates the person's right to move/reside?
Exempt from holding a visa to enter are: persons entitled to immunity under the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1988; persons entitled to immunity under the International Organizations Immunities Act 1974, or brought to the Republic by the Government under a US (or Minister-approved similar) assistance programme; United States contractor personnel and their official dependents; and members of a visiting force, its civilian component and the crew transporting them while present at the Government's request or with its consent.

The following persons shall be exempted from the requirement to hold a visa to enter the Republic:

(a) a person who is for the time being entitled to any immunity from jurisdiction by or under the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1988; (b) a person who is for the time being entitled to any immunity from jurisdiction by or under the International Organizations Immunities Act 1974, or is brought to the Republic by the Government of the Marshall Islands under any assistance program of the Government of the United States of America, or any other country under any similar program approved by the Minister;

(e) United States contractor personnel and their official dependents; (f) a member of a visiting force including its civilian component, and the crew of any craft used to transport them to the Republic while members of that force are in the Republic at the request or with the consent of the Government;
